Our Academies have trained hundreds of team members over the past three years, equipping them with the hands-on skills and industry know-how to elevate your client experience. It’s just one of the ways DCX helps to support your team and grow your business with affordable, trained talent.
Our industry-specific Academies are truly unique in the hiring and outsourcing world. Each Academy runs for four weeks with over 200 hours of hands-on curriculum — covering everything from product knowledge and software tools, to customer service and real-world simulations. There's our Promo Academy, Supplier Academy, E-Commerce Academy, and Roofing Academy — and Express versions on select Academies too. Every graduate is trained by industry veterans and arrives ready to contribute from Day 1. It's training you'd normally spend months building internally, already done for you!
Our Talent Support program is available as 1:1 support for all DCX team members. Sessions can be booked as needed with our Talent Improvement team so that your team members can discuss how to level up their skillset or address any performance concerns or questions.
DCXperts Webinars are quarterly sessions where our 'DCXperts' teach on a variety of topics – everything from creating presentations, to managing tasks. Topics vary by quarter, with some being so popular that sessions are often oversubscribed!
Our Promo Supplier Showcase Webinars occur in the Spring and Fall, and showcase our Promo Supplier partners! These are open to all DCX team members as well as our Promo clients. They are a great opportunity for your DCX Promo team members to learn more about new product trends in the industry.
DCX has a multitude of internal training courses available via our Learning Management System (LMS), which is free to use by all your DCX team members. These courses are ideal for any downtime your team member might have to help them further their education and development. The content of these courses ranges from soft skills, professional skills, and more technical, industry-specific education.
