We, the Talent Acquisition Team (“TA”) and the Retention and Culture Team (“RC”) of DCX PH, Inc. (“DCX”), gather and process information in accordance with this Privacy Notice & Consent and in compliance with the relevant data protection regulations and laws. This notice provides you with the necessary information regarding your rights and our obligations, and explains how, why, and when we process your personal data.
WHY DO WE COLLECT YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
We collect and process your personal information to meet our legal, statutory, and contractual obligations as an organization and an employer and to enable us to recruit, employ, train, provide benefits, and compensate you in the course of your employment with us. We also process and share your personal data with our clientele for a more transparent business transaction.

WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS AS A DATA SUBJECT?
As a data subject, you have the following rights:

- To erasure or blocking of misrepresented personal information
- To data portability
- To object in processing your personal information
- To access your personal information
- To file a complaint
- To rectify incorrect personal information
The TA & RC encourages employees to review and update their personal information in their records from time to time.
Your right to request erasure of your personal data or to restrict processing is subject for review and approval. If the Company receives a request from a data subject to exercise any of the above rights, we may ask to verify the requester’s identity before acting on the request; this is to ensure that the data subject’s information is protected and kept secure.
WHEN DO WE SHARE OR DISCLOSE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION? We do not share or disclose your personal data without your consent except for the following purposes:
- Our legal obligation as an entity
- Our obligation as your employer
- Pursuant to a court order
- Other work opportunities with our clientele
- Other matters that are desirable in the context of an employee-employer relationship.
HOW DO WE PROTECT YOUR DATA?
We have reasonable and appropriate organizational, physical, and technical security measures for the protection of your collected personal data. Our security measures aim to maintain the availability, integrity, and confidentiality of your personal data and are intended for the protection of it against any accidental or unlawful destruction, alteration, and disclosure, as well as against any other unlawful processing.
DO WE PROCESS YOUR DATA OUTSIDE THE PHILIPPINES?
We do not transfer or store any personal data outside the Philippines. However, if there is a need to share your personal data outside the Philippines, we will ensure that the requirements of the Data Privacy Act of 2012 will be met.
HOW LONG DO WE INTEND TO KEEP YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
In case your application with DCX is denied due to failure to meet the qualifications set on the job, all your personal data will be kept and securely stored for a period of six (6) months for the purpose of reconsideration of employment should there be any vacancy that suits your application.
WHAT WILL HAPPEN IF YOU DID NOT PROVIDE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
You are not obliged to provide your personal information to DCX, however, as this information is required by the Company, we will not be able to process your application nor offer you employment without your personal data.
