• To facilitate Customs clearance, provide a detailed description of your commercial invoice and attach a packing list to your package.
• Ensure the declared value on the commercial invoice matches the amount on the Airway Bill. If your shipment’s declared value exceeds $1,000 USD, we recommend splitting it into smaller parcels.

• Shipment for multiple team members: Please ship to our office listed above, and our team will take care of distributing the items to your team members. Be sure to include a packing slip that lists each team member's name along with the items intended for them.
